Return & Refund Policy
Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, sometimes the products may not be able to deliver in appropriate manner. Therefore, we will accept return requests in the following conditions –
- The product is damaged
2. The product is expired
3. The product is different from what you ordered
Prerequisites for demanding a return –
- Reason to return must be among the among mentioned reasons
2. You must have an unboxing video of the delivery packet
3. The product must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition
4. The product must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact
5. The time of delivery must not be more than 72 hrs than the time of request for return
Procedure to return –
1. If you fulfil all the criteria’s mentioned above & your reason to return is among the listed reasons then you must drop a mail at ellandorbeauty@gmail.com along with your order Id, explanation of the issue, 2 pics of the product (1 front angle & 1 top angle) & the video of unboxing.
2. After you have mailed, our team will take 72 hours to review the request. You will receive a mail in the next 24 hours informing about the approval or rejection of your request.
3. If the request is approved then the product will be picked from your address within 3 working days.
4. Then after the team has received the product & is satisfied with the condition then the amount that you have paid will be refunded to the source account within 10-14 working days.
No Exchange or Return Policy:
1. Cosmetics Products: a. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect products. b. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our products. c. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders and product details before completing the purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items: a. All cosmetic products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

ELLANDOR delivers the products purchased by You through its authorised delivery partners and not by itself.
The delivery of the products/orders is processed at such address which is provided by You. ELLANDOR or its service providers (delivery partners) do not have an obligation to verify the details of the delivery address provided by You. You agree and understand that ELLANDOR shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for:
a) delivery of the Product(s) at a wrong address furnished by You;
b) any loss and/or damage to You due to incorrect, incomplete and/or false information furnished by You;
c) or any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the Product(s) purchased on the Site.
Delivery usually takes six (6) to eight (8) working days after acceptance of an order. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver the products to the customers location. Whilst ELLANDOR will aim at delivering the products to You at the earliest, the delivery may be delayed in case of force majeure events, festivals, or under circumstances which may be beyond the control of ELLANDOR. In such a situation, ELLANDOR will deliver the products to You at the earliest possible time.
